The Paris program was the second stop in the Runway to Web Summit Qatar 2027 roadshow, following its launch in Washington, DC. Hosted by Qatar's Government Communications Office and the Embassy of the State of Qatar in France, the event brought together government representatives, founders, investors, and ecosystem partners ahead of the summit's next edition in Doha.
L+R attended the gathering as part of its continued work across the Middle East and its growing presence in Doha, Qatar. The conversations focused on how companies can approach the Gulf market through stronger partnerships, sharper positioning, and digital infrastructure built for local needs.

Business France announced that it will lead an official French trade delegation to Web Summit Qatar 2027 through a dedicated pavilion for French companies, investors, and partners. The delegation is expected to include organizations such as Mistral AI, LVMH, and Bpifrance, reflecting how European technology, luxury, and investment networks are looking more deliberately toward Doha as a regional platform.
The conversations in Paris aligned closely with L+R's service lines across digital strategy consulting, brand strategy, UX/UI design, web application development, AI strategy, and international expansion strategy. As Web Summit Qatar 2027 approaches, L+R will continue tracking how the region's digital infrastructure, business environment, and cross-border partnerships create openings for teams building scalable products, platforms, and brands in the Middle East.
