Introduction

With over $40M in payouts, ThriveFantasy offers a unique platform that focuses on player props across multiple sports leagues. Challenge

The daily fantasy sports market is a competitive landscape dominated by giants like FanDuel and DraftKings. ThriveFantasy needed to elevate its brand identity and optimize its user experience to stand out. Specific pain points included: - Low conversion rates from registration to first-time deposits - Inefficient user flow causing friction in the deposit and withdrawal processes - A need for personalized features to enhance user engagement

Solution

L+R took a holistic approach to address ThriveFantasy's challenges: 1. Comprehensive Audit and Competitor Analysis: A deep dive into ThriveFantasy's existing platform and a study of competitors to identify areas for improvement. 2. UX/UI Overhaul: A complete redesign of the web, mobile web, iOS, and Android platforms to create an intuitive and engaging experience. 3. Feature Implementation: Introduction of new features like pre-created prop slips, social media sharing options, and a more streamlined wallet system. 4. Branding and Messaging: A new logo and brand identity, along with messaging and copywriting guidelines, to resonate with ThriveFantasy's target audience. 5. Data-Driven Marketing: Incorporation of tracking mechanisms to gather data points for optimizing marketing efforts.
