Neural Magic developed advanced software enabling organizations to deploy deep learning models on existing CPUs, bypassing costly hardware. As generative AI accelerated, we engaged with their stakeholders to understand the industry. Our goal was aligning their technological sophistication with humanist values to empower diverse AI builders.

The company needed a unified digital experience serving three distinct audiences: enterprise executives, engineers, and machine learning researchers. L+R was challenged to resolve critical communication gaps. The existing interface obscured the core value proposition, preventing users from intuitively navigating the site based on their specific business needs.

Our strategy, design, engineering, and operations teams collaborated to build a modular content system. By utilizing intent based information architecture, we reduced cognitive load for visitors. This approach allowed users to effortlessly self select their journeys, whether seeking ROI metrics or deep technical documentation. We developed a bespoke digital design language to reflect their culture of innovation. Avoiding generic enterprise aesthetics, we integrated standardized data visualizations and reusable interface patterns. This scalable system empowered internal teams to rapidly publish thought leadership and launch products as the AI landscape evolved.

The strategic platform successfully translated complex AI capabilities for diverse audiences, establishing a scalable digital foundation that supported the company's expanding market presence. During this period of accelerated growth and heightened industry visibility, Neural Magic reached a major milestone: within a year of the platform launch, the company was acquired by Red Hat.
