An emerging product category needed an experience model
SATYA arrived with a working technology and a larger ambition: define a new kind of immersive wellness experience. The work required more than a visual interface. It needed a product system that could help clients, facilitators, operators, and the business understand how the device would be used.

Turn a concept into a usable ecosystem
The challenge was aligning the device, client journey, session logic, facilitator controls, booking model, and content authoring workflow. Each surface had to feel calm and intentional, while the underlying product system remained flexible enough to support future experiences.

UX/UI innovation across the product journey
L+R shaped the interface models and service flows around the SATYA experience: how a client discovers and books a session, how a facilitator prepares and manages the device, how content is selected, and how the product experience continues beyond a single appointment.

A concept that could be deployed
The work helped SATYA move from an emerging wellness idea into a coherent product experience. Strategy, UX/UI, product architecture, and implementation moved together so the concept could be evaluated, refined, and deployed in real-world sessions.

SATYA demonstrates L+R's innovation studio role: helping an emerging technology become a legible, usable, and deployable product experience across product screens, physical design, service workflows, and supporting tools.
