Background

Spatial products need more than ported screens

Meta Spatial SDK helps product teams move beyond flat mobile patterns into spatial environments. L+R's public work in this area includes Media View and the Meta Spatial SDK UI Set, two examples that show interface design, component systems, and product behavior adapting to mixed-reality contexts.

Meta Quest hardware is the product context for spatial SDK work: software, interface models, and headset interaction all have to be considered together.

Concept development

From mobile mental models to spatial interaction

Media View demonstrates a spatial media-browsing experience for Meta Quest. The Meta Spatial SDK UI Set shows the system thinking behind reusable Quest and Horizon OS interface patterns. Together, they make a useful public reference for L+R's broader spatial computing practice, while other client work in this category remains confidential.

Public work and security

Confidential work stays confidential

Much of L+R's platform and emerging-technology work is confidential. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and treat client strategy, prototype access, data, and product roadmaps with the highest level of care. The work shown here is limited to examples, announcements, and imagery that have already been published by the client or by L+R with client approval.

Relevant public reading includes Meta showcases Ryan Riegner and Ivan Leider on the evolution from mobile to spatial applications.

The bottom line

Meta Spatial SDK Concepts show L+R's role in helping teams prototype, design, and systematize spatial products while preserving the confidentiality required for emerging platform work.
